I promise to provide the best treatment possible to meet your needs. I also try to be as accommodating as possible, keeping in mind what is fair for you, for me, and for others that may follow your session. Your satisfaction is my ultimate goal.
Forms of Payment
Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted in the office. Credit cards can be processed online for gift certificate purchases as well.
Returned Checks
If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you expressly authorize your account to be electronically debited or bank drafted for the amount of the check plus any applicable fees. Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Sessions begun late due to client tardiness must still end at the appointed time which affects you and not the person after you.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly give 24 hour notice of a cancellation. Regretfully, cancellations of less than 24 hours will be subject to a 50% service charge. Non-cancelled or missed appointments will obligate you to pay for the originally scheduled appointment. No shows forfeit a gift certificate used to reserve that appointment.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificates are nonrefundable. Gift certificates MUST be presented at time of service. No shows forfeit a gift certificate used to reserve that appointment.
